Cancellation Policy

Ink Beautique requires all clients pay a non-refundable deposit fee at the time of booking in order to hold their appointment. This fee will be applied to the service amount owing at the end of the appointment and the client will pay the remaining balance owing. Ink Beautique requires clients to cancel their appointment no less than 48 hours prior to their appointment. The deposit fee is non-refundable unless the client re-books the same service to be performed within 21 days of the initial appointment in which case the deposit will be transferred over to the rescheduled appointment. If a client does not show up for their appointment, their deposit fee will not be returned and a new non-refundable deposit fee will be required to secure a new appointment. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the deposit fee is non-fundable and a new appointment is required with a new non-refundable deposit fee.
